

Ottawa, June 21, 2011 /CNW/- Come join the Traffic Injury Research Foundation (TIRF), arrive alive DRIVE SOBER and Young Drivers of Canadaas they launch SPEAK YOUR MIND!, a youth video PSA Contest on impaired driving geared to youth across Canada aged 15-25.
The video contest is a part of Change the Conversation, a national education program to reduce impaired driving launched in November 2010. The goal of the video contest is to engage Canada’s youth in the conversation on reducing impaired driving on Canada’s roads. Winning videos will be turned into radio and TV PSAs and distributed to radio stations and television stations across Canada.
We will also be celebrating the release of new Change the Conversation program materials (PSAs and flash cards) as well as a teaser of the upcoming release of the 2010 Road Safety Monitor: Youth Drinking and Driving in Canada.
